Peter James

Peter is a professional people and talent developer who transitioned into Management, Change and Leadership Development twenty years ago after completing an MBA and Grad Dip in Adult Education. His previous eighteen years were spent working in the Mechanical Engineering industry, ten of those in Senior Management positions. Throughout his career he has worked in industries including government, mining, manufacturing and construction.

Peter’s expertise is in the areas of strategic and ‘hands-on’ change management, coaching, group facilitation, leadership and organisational development consulting. Peter has successfully delivered a number of people related projects in both the private and public sectors. He particularly enjoys interacting with people within the business, either through coaching, facilitation, people development or team interventions, with a view to improving business performance.
