Sarah is an accomplished senior career coach who is passionate about proactive career management. She has a decade of outplacement and career coaching experience including individual and group career coaching and supporting and advising individuals who wish to start their own business, coupled with sixteen years of related specialist experience. Sarah’s approach focuses on empowering individuals to achieve transformative career success through a meaningful and collaborative partnership and the development of a longer-term career strategy.

Sarah’s experience encompasses Senior Consultant roles with National and Global organizations, supporting individuals from shop floor to CEO level and also acting as a Birkman expert, providing unique insight which adds an extra dimension during career transition. Sarah has previously held a number of specialist recruitment and talent management roles giving her substantial insight into the job market gained over many years. Her prior corporate background incorporates a range of industry sectors including Professional Services, Higher Education, Telecommunications and Retail Management.
Sarah has specialist expertise and passion for coaching women as they progress through their career and navigate their child bearing years having managed this journey herself and successfully coached hundreds of women as they manage their career decisions and balance family life.
