Dr Susan Roberts is an experienced and professional HR specialist who has worked for over 20 years in education, SaaS (software as a service), accounting, food processing, manufacturing, mining and not for profit organisations delivering on the following people-related functions:

• Leader and manager coaching and mentoring;
• Departmental reviews and restructures;
• Senior staff performance reviews;
• Leader and manager training;
• Grievance and dispute resolution and mediations;
• Crafting position descriptions and key policies;
• Identifying a business’s core values;
• DiSC profiling, determining candidate ‘fit’ and team culture.

During and after completing her doctoral studies (2008), Susan also worked as an academic, teaching in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development at Murdoch, Curtin and the University of Notre Dame.
In addition to her formal qualification, Susan is DiSC psychometric accredited and a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) for which she coaches and mentors many aspiring HR leaders and managers.
